RV Technician - De Soto

Ketelsen RV is currently looking for technicians to join us at our De Soto location. We are a family owned and operated RV dealer and repair facility that has been around for 60 years. In 2005 the business was relocated from Marion to Hiawatha due to an exponential increase in sales and service. This allowed us to better service our customers and give our staff the tools to succeed. We know have 3 locations in Iowa.

Here at Ketelsen RV, we pride ourselves on top-notch service while also creating a family-oriented work environment. We are seeking technicians with any level of experience and offer on the job training. Desired experience/interest in 12v, 110 wiring, plumbing, appliance repair, maintenance, woodworking, welding, and body repair. As a technician we understand your true value and show our understanding by offering multiple different pay plans that fit each individual technician’s experience. Pay plans will range from straight hourly pay to hourly pay with incentive all depending on what will benefit the technician the best. Additionally, we are proud to say our technicians only work Monday - Friday, and DO NOT believe in working technicians on the weekend. We value the technician's time while on the clock and believe the technician's off the clock time is equally as important. We expect the best out of our shop and in order to do that we treat our techs the best.
